Considering the various legal structures that may be appropriate for your business and dealing with incorporation (if that is the route chosen).

Company administration

Noting when your company’s annual filings are due and either reminding you or liaising with you and dealing with them on your behalf.

Company structure changes

Assisting with the appointment of new directors and bringing in new shareholders to the business and the contractual documents to reflect this.

Commercial contracts

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial contracts for you to liaise with the necessary parties or for us to assist on your behalf.

We do not hold what one might call “usual” office hours. Our premises on Banchory High Street shall be open core hours of 10am to 2pm Tuesday to Friday. We are of course available outside these times to meet with you and to communicate with you.

We understand that in running a small business, owners are juggling a number of things and we want to be flexible to ensure that a client comes to see us at a time and place that suits them.
